We called to have an estimate done for a new HVAC unit and installation. They came out the very next day and a day later we received a quote. We were very pleased with the quote and they scheduled us for that Friday. System was put in one day ! Absolutely beyond impressed with Total Systems Heating-Cooling with their work ! They even registered my units warranty for us to boot! Definitely would highly recommend them!!!!! #SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS
Terrible customer service. I have a warranty on my unit.(Parts covered by factory, I cover labor, so only need a technician) I called a few times due to cooling issues. Both times the ladies in the front office immediately become defensive. They are like a 1, 2 punch. They try to convince you it is not their issue. The first thing they say is if they come out you have to pay a service fee and milage. Anything to get out of doing the service. The unit is 2 years old. My heat pump quit working, my house was cold inside, and I called Total Systems for service. Michael arrived and we found a melted disconnect plastic box in my attic. Michael trimmed the power cables and re-installed in a metal disconnect box. Just wanted people to know he did a great job. Roger Bickel Broadway, NC
Alex is the best! Very professional and friendly. He worked until late in the freezing weather to install a new system. Very trustworthy. I can't recommend anyone else!
