This morning I noticed that our downstairs thermostat showed the temperature was several degrees higher than it was set for and the system registered as running, yet there was no air coming out of the vents. I called for a technician and while I waited, I turned the thermostat off for a while and then tried turning it back on-and air started coming out lightly. 12 yrs now and always great service! Gabriel came out today first thing and serviced the HVAC. Cleared a clog, ran diagnostics, and changed a capacitor. Fair price, $220. Professional, technically proficient, and pleasant. They will keep my business! Thanks!

We called to have an estimate done for a new HVAC unit and installation. They came out the very next day and a day later we received a quote. We were very pleased with the quote and they scheduled us for that Friday. System was put in one day ! Absolutely beyond impressed with Total Systems Heating-Cooling with their work ! Terrible customer service. I have a warranty on my unit.(Parts covered by factory, I cover labor, so only need a technician) I called a few times due to cooling issues. Both times the ladies in the front office immediately become defensive. They are like a 1, 2 punch. They try to convince you it is not their issue. The first thing they say is if they come out you have to pay a service fee and milage. Anything to get out of doing the service. The unit is 2 years old.
