Total Surface Concepts came to our home in August of 2020 to start our project. We initially paid 1/2 of the the total bill up front to start the project. They came out and did our pool deck, patio and outdoor kitchen area in a little over a week. During this time it was too hot and the material was not going down properly, but the workers were still putting it down after we spoke with the owner and foreman both of which were not even present at our home.
