The people here are very informative and helpful. They are working with my daughter to alleviate pain from tendonitis. They gave her a lot of information about prevention and have helped tremendously.
With FST, I got better pain relief and range of motion than with physical therapy and massage. Teressa is awesome. She is thorough and efficient, but takes the necessary time on trouble spots.
I have been coming to Terese for months whenever my body is out of kilter , she gets me lined up an teaches me how to try to avoid further damage. She is both skilled and knowledgeable.
The stretching appointments made a huge difference in the pain from my plantar fasciitis!!! I highly recommend!!!
