It's been 7 months since I started, very little pain if any. Started golfing and pickleball again. Basically normal activity, but still need to watch some of my movements, which is a win for me, I don't need surgery, and my never have to.

My first vist was great. Everyone is friendly & the doctor was very helpful.
I had an amazing first visit at Total Spine. I was warmly greeted! Dr. Brett listened to everything I had to say, took some x-rays, did an exam and finished off with a gentle first adjustment! I came back the next day and got a treatment plan and and some exercises to do and a thorough explanation of my chiropractic journey with him would look like! I seen him three times now and I am very pleased with the process so far!
