Dr. Powers performed 5 spinal surgeries on my back. I am so thankful for him and his expertise in spinal surgery. Where i had sciatic nerve pain that I was miserable all the time I am now free from that pain. He is the best by far, not only in NC but in other states as well. I thank him immensely!
After over 6 years of severe pain, I finally received help from Dr Runheim. After testing, Dr Runheim changed the dosage of one medication and started me on routine injections. Before seeing Dr Runheim, often I could not carry on a normal conversation because of the severity of the pain. Now I can always carry on a conversation and I can even do some housework!!! I am thrilled! Dr Runheim and his PA, Unique, are wonderful people. I highly recommend them.
The office staff was very friendly and helpful. My doctor, Dr. Powers was really nice and explained everything to me. I found out what was wrong and what my options were. Everything went well and will be attending follow up appointments soon.
