Great. After my swim spa flooded in Helene, the manufacturer tried to sell me a package that replaced pretty much every mechancial component for well over two grand... without any diagnostics first! I found Mark through his good Google reviews and at the same time was referred to him by another provider who I trust. He was out the next day and found that only one component was broken. He replaced it and it was done for a quarter of what I'd have paid the manufacturer! Courteous, professional, good-natured.
Great experience, absolutely professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail and made suggestions. I would recommend Total Spa service to anyone look for hot tub service.
Called Mark of Total Spa Repair and he was there the same morning. He had it fixed by lunch. Lately our experience has been that people don't call back, no less show up. Mark was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. We would highly recommend him.
Mark showed up on time and fixed my swim spa and now we can enjoy our spa. Thank you!!!
