I started going to Total Smiles earlier this year, after a very bad experience at a dentist in Winston-Salem that made my teeth worse and caused damage that I wasn't sure was repairable. Every single time I've gone, including 2 emergency appointments, they've been super professional and friendly. They've never made me feel bad for having to fix/pull broken teeth and they (not even halfway through the amount of repairs they are doing), have already made me feel 100% more confident with my smile. Waited 2hrs and no one come in to see my son , no one even come in to tell us anything or even update on a time or how long it’ll even be before the dr come in. We walked out and left
Staff were very polite. Dentist did an excellent job and I’m very pleased with the seamless filling on my chipped tooth.
