Total Sleep Management deserves less than even one star. There were numerous patients at the facility at the Cypress Crossing office. There was only one technician attending all the patients. That is probably the result of TSM filing for bankruptcy in 2016. The technician was overwhelmed, running back and forth setting up patients for the study. I recently had a sleep study. The sleep study tech was very knowledgeable, courteous and proficient. The overall appearance was clean and to standards. The rooms are not well insulated. I woke up at 1:00am , I could here the TV being played. The bldg's location is near Alafaya Trail and I could hear the cars driving by. Room not optimal for a sleep study.
