Dr. Pinto is running a tight ship here. New bed! Clean! Excellent, knowledgeable staff connected monitoring equipment and thoroughly explained everything. Phone staff very responsive and communicated with me regarding any questions (must leave message for them). Asleep at the switch! Arrived promptly @8:30pm 11/29 as per text message. Door locked and had to knock 3 times like a speakeasy before a woman dressed in a medical pink uniform let me in. She casually informed me I would have to wait 11/2 to 2 hrs because 2 people arrived ahead of me.(Red flag) What is the point of being on time ? Then she told ne I had veen cancelled.I told her to reschedule me and walked out. Very unprofessional operation DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
I came here for a sleep study and a follow up a month later. I had no issues at this location. The gentleman (forgot his name) was great. He was very professional and friendly. He was great explaining the entire process from start to finish.
My tech was amazing very smart beautiful young lady ..BUT THE ROOM WAS BAD DUSTY EVERYWHERE AND I HAVE ASTHMA I WAS VERY NERVOUS TO SLEEP THERE . Hope you all do better
