Waste of time, I came in for a consultation and they said that they can’t help me with what I need and that I have to get a referral to come back in like 3 months. Like they could have just called me and told me since they could see what I was coming in for a consult for, instead of wasting my time.

I got a referral here for Dr. Julie Thomson a while ago regarding severe skin itching. The front desk staff was very lovely and nice when I came in and filled out the forms. However, Dr. Julie Thomson was very cold and dismissive. She first walked in with 2 other women and said "They'll be here to observe." I hate doctors who do this. They don't ask if it's okay, they just tell you it's happening and from the very beginning of the appointment. I felt like an animal at a circus with everyone looking at me taking notes. I had a BBL(similar to an IPL) with Lexi today. Lexi was professional and calming as I am always nervous getting a laser. She put on some nice warm soothing serums on after the laseras well. My skin is so soft and I can already see my skin responding. It was a great experience, loved it!
I was a patient at the Glenmore Vein Clinic, but I wasn't informed they had moved when I booked a new appointment. So, I showed up at Glenmore Landing to find a sign still on the wall, but something else in their old space. I had to call to find out their new location, and they held the initial appointment. When I was in for a laser treatment for Rosacea the young woman who gave me the treatment said afterwards if i wasn't happy I could come back in 4 weeks or so to have it "touched up" at no cost.
