My experience was very good. Love the website and its resources available including YouTube videos for use and troubleshooting. I found it very helpful for self-service 24/7.
This company has outstanding customer service, and very educated technicians. I purchased several refurbished machines from this company. Josh Henley was especially helpful in making sure my business got exactly what it needed and paired us up with the best on-site maintenance personnel.

I would never use this company they kept our machine over two months for repairs after two and half months of part delays we asked for our machine back. The company dropped our machine off on the side of the building… they couldn’t give us 5 minutes for staff to come and get the machine from the service tech if I could give them zero stars I would. Never use these people to make repairs on any of your equipment
