stored our stuff here and all of our stuff was damaged from very obvious flooding. manager is rude and doesn't return phone calls. she lied to us and said there had never been a report of water damage at the facility but a friend of ours had her things damaged here as well (we found this out after our stuff was damaged) and her calls to report it were ignored. find a different place to store your stuff.
