They came and fixed our toilet handle in a timely manner with a better looking handle than what was already there. He was professional and friendly. I would request their services again in the future.
Used total rooter for the first time two weeks ago and absolutely loved their service. They were supposed to come between the times of 12-4 and showed up earlier than expected, asked questions on what needed to be done and got straight to work and did everything in a timely manner and even came back with what was the issue in one of my carports. super nice guy came and fixed our water heater!! definitely will be using them again (:
they came in, took 10 seconds to check and tell me to replace the whole toilet for $588 labor cost. It certainly felt like the didnt wanna try to fix it, they just want the $588 labor.
