Total Roof Solutions fixed our chimney and roof leak, both quickly and expertly, on a dangerously high and fragile Cedar Shake roof. Earl Bowman and his team were easy to work with, and were courteous and considerate. They also identified and delivered on a few additional and essential repair tasks while on the roof. Without doubt, they represent extremely good value for money and deliver highly professional results. I would absolutely use them again, for planned work or in an emergency.
Total Roofing Solutions promised a smooth process, but it was anything but. The staff was rude when I asked about a delay, and I never got a clear answer. Left me feeling like I made the wrong choice.
I had high hopes after the initial quote, but once the work started, communication went downhill. Calls were ignored, and no one showed up on the scheduled day. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
Earl is GREAT! Very responsive and truly puts the customer first in every possible way. The crews are respectful and professional. Highly recommend them!
This company gave me a quote that seemed fair at first, but after starting the work, they suddenly claimed there were ‘unexpected issues’ and raised the price significantly. On top of that, they showed up late, left debris all over my yard, and didn’t finish the job on time. Definitely not worth the hassle or the cost.
