We hired Total Roofing Solutions (Earl Bowman was our contact) in March 2025 to perform significant roof repairs (Replacing 50% of a Spanish Tiled Roofing System on 8,500 sq.ft home) and a new gutter system in Cornelius, NC. Among other things, we appreciated Earl's communication (progress pictures everyday, scheduling matters, always answering his phone, etc.). They are excellent fair and honest. The pricing is reasonable and they havnt tried to hide or do things cheaply unlike others I’ve worked with.
Earl replaced my gutters several years ago, and when it came time to replace my roof, I reached out for a quote. Not only did he beat everyone immediately (all others wanted to negotiate after I got all the quotes - why? Just give me your price!), he was also prompt and wonderfully informative. Total roofing solutions has been amazing! They were able to quickly meet our needs and repair same day. They have also helped coordinate drywall repair and interior painting. Earl is very responsive with communication and so wonderful to work with! Highly recommend them.
