I called to get an estimate for my leaking roof and made an appointment. The guy didn't show up at the promised time so I called and his response was "I was gonna call you when I'm on my way." Really?! Well, shouldn't you have told me that when I made the appointment? Or at least let me know if you can't make it on time. After all, you're not the only one who's busy.
