THIS COMPANY IS WONDERFUL! I am really not sure why two people put negative reviews about Total Restoration . My experience with them was superb. My problem was roof ,water and ceiling damage. My insurance agent referred Total Restoration and I am so thankful he did. When we called we were relieved to find a family owned business with down to earth people. This is definitely the company to call if you have a problem!! A friend recommended Total Restoration and I can not praise them enough. They did a WONDERFUL job when I had a small fire in my home. Excellent, quality work by great people! They took care of everything! My home never looked better! Smoke from my wood burner backed up and went throughout my home. The walls, furniture, floors and everything in between was covered with soot. They cleaned EVERYTHING .... air vents, decorative items, furniture, floors, carpets, cabinets, and every other item you could possibly think of.
