I don't recommend using this company. Customer service issues aside, beware of this company. Ensure they are not doing anything illegally per MD state laws. I strongly encourage anyone to verify that the work being done in your home is properly licensed as required, not just certified. This company has caused us undue stress and anxiety. I called Total Restoration after a tenant had cut out a piece of my carpeting about 2 feet long by 4 inches. Alex arrived when scheduled and did an excellent repair job. The pricing for the repair was better than fair. I will call Alex again for my carpeting needs.
