This is my first place and first experience with cpap. I was very skeptical of being on it. However they have explained and worked with me on every need. The staff here has been amazing and very supportive with the start of my journey.
The poor reviews of this place are absurd and clearly outliers at best. My experience here has been nothing but wonderful. I have changed masks multiple times and each time the staff here is patient and understanding. I would absolutely recommend the staff here. Sarah and co are amazing.
My experience with this place is horrible . Nobody, there is working to help people out, they’re simply money hungry. Only one young lady at the Marietta location would consistently be helpful to me and my needs. I assume they ran her off as she left abruptly and was never assisted with the proper help she needed from what I saw. no one person should be working front desk AND giving out machines for long appointments . Unacceptable.
I was lied to about how much I needed to pay. I called them TWICE to confirm that my insurance covered everything, and they assured me BOTH times that I owed them ZERO. Fast forward three months and I have been getting hit up for money by them MULTIPLE times. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
