The owners of this establishment are amazing. They are kind, fair and very nice. They have helped alot with items we need to do some work at our house, they dont charge if they see no one else needed it for small things..... they offer to help immediately!!! They are wonderful people and doing a great job at their business!!!!
As a small business owner, I encountered the need to rent equipment this summer for my festivals. This was a new experience for me and Total Rentals has exceeded my expectations every single time. Every staff member is friendly and helpful and were quick to help me in problem solving and rectifying an issue that came up with my latest rental. Incredible helpful staff. I had rented a 40’ lift and it was delivered and picked up for one price. The lift was fantastic along with the experience of working with the people at Total Rentals. I’ll never need to call anyone else but Total Rentals for my needs.
Broke down in their parking lot after renting a plate compactor they helped me by giving me the name of the mechanic next-door and saved me $200. Great customer service and great people work there.
