We used Chase to remodel our guest bathroom a year and a half ago. Now we are finding that the tub surround tile was not properly installed and it is getting moisture behind it and discoloring. Also, the area where the tile meets the tub should have been caulked and instead they used grout. Now the grout is cracking and coming out. It looks terrible. Chase was very professional and did exactly what he told us what he was going to do. Very transparent and upfront with communication. I would highly recommend Chase for any home projects or renovations that you need done. Very reasonable and comparable pricing! Would definitely use him again
