Not sure if this company will ever come back to Texas, but I highly do not recommend. They installed cabinet pulls and ruined 90% of my cabinets. No refunds, apologies or offers to fix. The mud bench they installed is coming apart after only a year. We had a nice mantle made and put in but unhappy with the warning that if we install it there will be a gap because the tile work wasn’t quite level (tile work done by builder, not this company). We used Chase to remodel our guest bathroom a year and a half ago. Now we are finding that the tub surround tile was not properly installed and it is getting moisture behind it and discoloring. Also, the area where the tile meets the tub should have been caulked and instead they used grout. Now the grout is cracking and coming out. It looks terrible. We are having to pay another tile guy to come in and fix it. There were many other problems with Chase during the install, which we made him fix before the job was finished. We ... read more

Chase was very professional and did exactly what he told us what he was going to do. Very transparent and upfront with communication. I would highly recommend Chase for any home projects or renovations that you need done. Very reasonable and comparable pricing! Would definitely use him again
