Muy amable todo el personal y atentos en los horarios que ponen a las citas, esplican muy bien el procedimiento, te dan tu espacio pa segir con el procedimiento de ejercicio ,toman su tiempo pa hacer preguntas al pasiente y si mejore muchooo mi problema.
I couldn't be happier with my experience at Total Rehab in Brownsville. I was very apprehensive about physical therapy initially and was pleasantly surprised right away by the expertise and care I received. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Thanks to their care, I am regaining mobility and strength needed to enjoy traveling and gardening again in my senior years. RUDE FRONT DESK WOMAN. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I called this clinic to ask about services and was met with a very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude from the woman who answered the phone. Her tone was nasty from the start, and it was bad enough that I felt the need to call it out before ending the call. First impressions matter, and this one completely turned me off. 10 months post injury, and thanks to the great Team at Total Rehab, I have regained my mobility and range of motion. Personal attention, Talented Staff, and Great Environment. If you need a place to rehab after rotator cuff surgery, I highly recommend Total Rehab!!
