Very bad care that they provide. 2 incidents have happened here and this place did nothing to make sure the affected party is safe. Spoke to an Eddie who said was the supervisor about the incident that happened and didn’t care about what had happened nor checked on the patient who got hit. No one checked on the patient that got hit. They continued on with their business like nothing happened. Even worse there are no cameras there. Love it here, my kids are always excited to come and see Gloria. My son only gets seen but Gloria also introduced herself to my daughter who loves to see her and she always gives her cookies. When we first started coming it was a challenge for my son to adjust but thankfully Gloria helped him feel safe and comfortable and shows him how to learn and have fun. She is the best, has helped my son learn a lot and to start speaking. Always kind, caring, updates me on my sons progress, and gives me recommendations.
I would first & for most like to thank total rehab kids for their ability and courteous reminders calls. Illianna Castillo is one of the Best speech therapist we have worked with she's very patient and kind hearted when working with my son I am thankful for her ability to be able to teach my son who is learning how to pronounce and do sound I would highly recommend total rehab kids they do an outstanding job!!!
My son has the privilege of working with Gloria for speech therapy, and he absolutely loves her. With every session, we’re getting one step closer to talking. I 100% recommend Total Rehab Kids in Brownsville.
