I was referred to Meritus Physical Therapy for rehab after my TKR on 5/2/25. I just graduated from my PT sessions after 8 weeks of therapy. I cannot say enough about what a tremendous experience it has been. Every member of staff was pleasant and helpful. My Therapists, Kay and Kim, (The Dynamic Duo!) kept me motivated, challenged, and on track. I now have all the information I need to continue with my complete recovery. If you are ever in need of PT, I cannot think of a better place to be.
The staff and therapists are wonderful, very caring for your needs and teach you the proper way to exercise and take care of yourself. Thus improving your therapy needs, thank you to everyone there!
I have been here before and had a HORRIBLE experience, i thought I'll give them another chance. HUGE MISTAKE. Looks like they have gone from bad to worse. The physical therapist does not give a s****. All she does is talk to her colleagues, who also have a client with them and respond back. She never asked if i was having pain during my exercise or what my comfort level was. I was asked to do 10 reps of each exercise, but she was so lost in her chatting that either I was stopped at 6 or 7, and a few of them were well over 15... read more
I faxed a Doctor's order for PT after a full knee replacement on Friday. I called to verify that they received it I was told to call back on Monday after someone transcribed the order. Called on Monday & they transferred me to Sherri I left msg. Received a call on Tues. Unexceptable
