Alex did Crainosacral massage on me this week and previously, to address symptoms Im still having from an old concusion. His expert touch and knowledge, are helping me tackel, delayed movement issues, blurred vision flashes, silent migraines and balance concerns. Thanks Alex. I would highly recommend him.

I had my first massage at Total Recover Massage Therapy and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I was lucky enough to grab a spot from a last-minute cancellation, and even though I was the last client of the day, Kristen was incredibly professional and welcoming. She made me feel completely comfortable and gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The space is clean, calm, and well-run—definitely recommend if you're looking for quality care and a great experience.
