Rented 201 Las Brisas at the end of August. There were many obvious areas of recent water damage, mold in the ceilings/walls upon entering. During a thunderstorm our first evening, it leaked around all 3 south facing windows wetting a bed and leaving a puddle of water under the dining table; the interior window blinds were raining. After several frustrating calls we planned on leaving but were told we may not be able to get our money back if we didn't let them address it. Great location and spacious room. Under gym of which we were not aware of, so some noise at unwanted times. Surface clean. The view to beach was ok but unable to sit out on the balcony due to bird feces covering the entire balcony. Unhealth and could not sit outside. When Management company was informed via email with photos, they didn’t even respond. We even left early. Upon checkout spoke with the front desk associate, who was very polite, of which he left notes in the computer for management. No one contacted us regarding... read more
