I have been this house going on 3 years before my landlord sold it. Total real estate assumed the care of the property after the sale. The first few months I received a call from Jenna Barga claiming I was behind on rent when I had paid two months in a row. That is where problems begin. Since then I have requested several repairs with no response! Granted I was having phone problems they were instructed in advance to contact me by e-mail. I tried to hold out thinking it's just a bad start but no it continues. Met great people it seemed. Now going by the property no no and NO!. Like a car dealer I ended up with a LEMON...Wasn't finished when I moved in, still not finished and things just continue to get worse ever day. Yet I haven't missed a payment never will.
