DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have stolen $4000 from us! The owner Jorge Soto acted super nice and helpful when we met him so we ordered 2 slabs plus installation. On the day we were supposed to have our counters installed, they never came. We got the runaround all day, telling us that they were on their way and to jus keep waiting, at the end of the day we had nothing. My wife paid Total Quartz $3,977.00 for the removal, fabrication and installation of quartz counter tops. Not only did Ms. Jorge Soto not deliver on any of what was agreed but he has not returned our money. He consistently lies to us including the two days we hired someone to wait for installers who never showed up. Pure fraudulent business practices. The products this company sells are substandard compared to any quartz you will find on the market. They offer a 10-year warranty, but as soon as you try to redeem it, they fail to honor their warranty claims. AVOID BUYING HERE. We are currently in litigation to recover the costs of installation and materials used in the defective products they sold.
Make sure to view the product in person before buying. Also hire, your own installer did not take recommendations. Once item is purchased. Customer service is lacking.
