Braden just called from this company and was totally rude then said “I am not getting anywhere with this guy” then hung up. No explanation of why he was calling or what he is calling for just wanted to speak with someone in our shipping and receiving department outside of our business hours. Exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. They are currently withholding approximately $20,000 from us for a claim we are not responsible for, and they have ignored all our attempts to resolve the situation. When we reached out to their customer (BMW of North America) to gather more information about the claim, TQL simply demanded we stop contacting their clients. This company CONSTANTLY harasses with sales calls. We used them for a short time. We had some issues here and there no big. But they would email/call asking if we had any loads available and I would say I would email THEM if we had anything available since we didn't always have something. Nevertheless, calls, emails etc. Nonstop. I told them, I will let them know. It got to the point I didn't want to use them if they didn't respect this boundary. Still kept getting emails and calls.
