Braden just called from this company and was totally rude then said “I am not getting anywhere with this guy” then hung up. No explanation of why he was calling or what he is calling for just wanted to speak with someone in our shipping and receiving department outside of our business hours. Still done know what he wanted so can only assume with all the noise in the background he was trying to sell us transportation. Exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. They are currently withholding approximately $20,000 from us for a claim we are not responsible for, and they have ignored all our attempts to resolve the situation. When we reached out to their customer (BMW of North America) to gather more information about the claim, TQL simply demanded we stop contacting their clients.
