Total quality logistics didn't pay me $1,400 on a technicality just because they can. Their rates are lower than other companies so it seems as though they cut corners every chance they get so they can make more money. Each of their brokers are different, some are bad some are worse. So be very careful if you decide to work with tql. If you want to make good money work with someone else. And don't expect a reference if you ever need it.

1 star because they never pay detention. always have excuses and try to find drivers mistake to avoid detention and layovers. If anbody know more about that how we can get our detention please let me know. Thanks

cold calls, rude staff, and apparently they don't understand the meaning of the word "no". Just had three people from this company cold call us within the last 24 hours, straight up harassing us about setting up logistics that our company doesn't need. Asking them not to call back apparently has zero impact and they obviously only care about numbers and profits, they don't care about wasting peoples time or requests TO STOP CALLING. Will be adding their numbers to our BLOCKED caller list.
