I shipped with TQL for seven years, sent them thousands of dollars over the course of that relationship, and then the second there is a damaged shipment and they owe me $300 they ghost me. I had a damaged shipment claim that we provided sufficient evidence for, and after much back and forth, TQL only compensated us for a third of the damaged cost. They take longer than usual for the routes we've had them cover and consistently miss their delivery windows.
If you ever ship anything with them they will spam your phone and email. A week ago I told them to please stop calling me asking about freight etc. I would call them and asked him to please put a note on my account that I was getting very annoyed at the constant contact and if they contacted me again they would never earn my business. Well today was that day.
