Despite my repeated requests over the years, your company continues to contact us regarding logistics services. Let me be absolutely clear: we are not interested. These guys are constantly posting loads on TruckStop as "1 lb" even though the actual load is 45,000 lbs. Wastes time for carriers and for them when they have to field calls from carriers who can't carry the weight. I wish they'd stop being lazy and post the correct info.

CALL TO MAKE SURE THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT ACTUALLY RECEIVED YOUR PAPERWORK AS THEY WON'T CONTACT YOU IF THERE IS AN ISSUE ON THEIR END!- This review is specifically for the accounting department. We hauled a load without incident for TQL back in June. We turned in all required paperwork within 24 hours and received the auto reply from their AP email that they had received the paperwork.
