WARNING RED FLAG!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH TQL!!! Worst and dishonest brokers in this industry! They never ever paid my tonu back, which i drove dozens of miles, and they just canceled the load right after I reached and changed the original destination toward different place which adding 300+ miles, and offering penny for that. I hope they will regret soon for what they are doing for us for owners and drivers out there! I have all the proof I can share
Recently did a load for TQL, I am not going to say how I found out, but all owner operators need to know this. I asked TQL for a load that was posted. They told me how much it paid, I then asked if they could do better on the rate, their answer was no. 986 miles roughly for 1100 dollars. Very poor paying load! Basically I did the load for free, as my cost to operate is 1.51 per mile to break even. The load paid 1.11 per mile. The only reason I took the load was to get home as I was out for over 2 months. This company is nothing but a thief! They collect the entire fee from a customer ( happy customer at that) but steal the driver’s fee to keep for themselves also. I would suggest that all customers and delivery drivers stay away from this company. I had heard horror stories about them but didn’t listen. I wish I had. A big company taking advantage of the little people.
