This company is nothing but a thief! They collect the entire fee from a customer ( happy customer at that) but steal the driver’s fee to keep for themselves also. I would suggest that all customers and delivery drivers stay away from this company. I had heard horror stories about them but didn’t listen. I wish I had. A big company taking advantage of the little people.

This company has us on their list of prospects. We have told them for 11 YEARS!!! We are a dealer not a manufacturer. We do not need your services. How hard is it to take a number off of your list? Harassment!

My husband was a lease/contractor for several years and in November (2023) he decided to get his own MC. I, personally, knew nothing about the industry so I know I was wording things wrong asking about loads and trying to get loads. Connor Morton has been great. He is patient and always helpful. He is quick to respond and always working to keep us on the road. He is always available and willing to go above and beyond to help. My personal experience with TQL has been/is great!

Be warned, if any of their sales people reach out to you, they will harass you and every other employee around you until you speak with them. Nonstop emails, phone calls (5 employees called from different departments in a 20 minute time span). Absolutely disgusting business practices. Would not do business with them or recommend to anyone. Embarrassing. Update - after being told I was put on a do not contact list, I am now being harassed again with multiple phone calls each day.
