They call and harass me multiple times a week despite me telling them not to call. Have blocked their numbers and they just call from a new one.

Garbage company. I had a load heading to idaho. A huge storm coming threw. I didn't check the weather my fault. Pickup date comes i call the pickup and drop. Drop tells me there is no way you are going to make it. It's a total white out. Streets are shut down. I have a 2wd truck I messaged the broker and told him and sent him screen shots of weather and messages with me and the drop off. He tells me pick up the load and just wait. I'm not going to have expensive parts on my truck for a week and not be able to do other loads.... read more
