Stay away from this company. They are very rude once you deliver their load they dont give dam if you dont get released at the receiver. They dont give a dam about the driver or owner operator. So as a owner operator to an owner operator stay away from TQL they will leave you out on a limb and go on to the next guy. STOP HAULING FOR THESE PEOPLE DONT PUT YOURSELF OUT THERE FOR A BROKER WHO DONT GIVE DAM ABOUT YOU YOUR COMPANY

Great company. Delivered some large equipment for me that I had ordered, that was too big to be sent FedEx or UPS. There were issues with the seller giving the shippers (Total Quality Logistics) different information than I was given. While the seller was a nightmare, Total Quality Logistics remained professional. Their driver, (Eric, I think his name was) was patient, outstanding, and very professional. TQL. I have been working with TQL for the past two years, and they banned me without any reason. There is no issue at all—I did everything properly. Just one day before, I completed their load with a clean BOL, no claims, no damaged loads, and no late deliveries. I always handled all loads on time, and still they banned me ………no need to say sorry. I already know how you operate—you treat everyone the same way.
