This company calls and harasses us multiple times per day. We tell them to take us off their list and that we are not interested in their services and they still call back over and over to harass us. They are taking our valuable time and occupying our lines so customers cannot call us. Completely unprofessional. I rarely leave reviews like this its completely absurd. I had to file an FCC complaint for telemarketing harassment. Once a rep a rep form this company even got into our website chat feature and started harassing one... read more
Super unprofessional experience. I delt with a broker named Nicholas Dussault and his assistant Corbet. I do not recommend using them. When an issue arose Nicholas refuses phone calls and hides behind his staff. No sense of integrity.
This company is the absolute worst. Every time I see them on my caller ID my eyes roll so damn hard. I literally refuse to answer the phone at this point. We've asked multiple times to be taken off the call list. I've called and said that 6 different people in one week reached out trying to "earn" our business. We tell them multiple times we have corporate freight and dont need outside carriers. At this point it should be considered harassment. Please stop calling. Please take us off any and all call lists.
