Harassment at its finest, dispatchers harass you and lie to you about appointment time, they lie about rescheduling when you ask them, you show up sooner and security tells you come back tomorrow, they also love calling you several times a day which is super annoying, if you don’t pick up they harass you over on text message, I’m sick and tired of these people, yall need to get fired
Myself and my boss have been asking these people to stop calling and put us on the DO NOT CALL list for about 6 YEARS now, they do not listen, we have blocked multiple numbers that belong to TQL and they continue to harass us. I do not recommend using them for freight as they don't have the common courtesy to respect other companies. Absolutely deplorable and unprofessional behavior. Stop harassing us. I have never left a negative review but this is well deserved.
Thye call you multiple times a week , stop harrasing businesses for pushy sales. I had to block their number today . Nobody like this behavior of yours
