Super unprofessional experience. I delt with a broker named Nicholas Dussault and his assistant Corbet. I do not recommend using them. When an issue arose Nicholas refuses phone calls and hides behind his staff. No sense of integrity.

This company is the absolute worst. Every time I see them on my caller ID my eyes roll so damn hard. I literally refuse to answer the phone at this point. We've asked multiple times to be taken off the call list. I've called and said that 6 different people in one week reached out trying to "earn" our business. We tell them multiple times we have corporate freight and dont need outside carriers. At this point it should be considered harassment. Please stop calling. Please take us off any and all call lists. In response to your reply: institute better business practices that don't require me, a non customer, to take action in order to not be harassed. This company has been spamming my business with unsolicited calls and voicemails for over a year. I've asked to not be contacted many times. The sales people are rude and pushy, once telling me "You must be using someone for shipping I'm looking at your picture on Google maps and you have products on your property." That is my home.
