TQL. I have been working with TQL for the past two years, and they banned me without any reason. There is no issue at all—I did everything properly. Just one day before, I completed their load with a clean BOL, no claims, no damaged loads, and no late deliveries. Broker with the name Canill lied and said I called him numerous times regarding a load he told me I’m lying and I’m playing games to get a better rate I have only called in once and spoken to him only but the way he spoke to me was extremely unprofessional. I would advise management to take a look at his call records and see how recklessly he is talking to people.
