I have been dealing with a water leak going on a month. I had to go to the board of health because when it rains water is pouring out in a few places in the kitchen. They asked me if I could find a roofer are you for real. Very poor rating from me supposebly the roof is going to been taken care of I'll believe when I see it. Most of the drop down ceiling needs to be replaced. Poor management.
BEWARE: Mary C******, owner of Total Property Solutions, was the hired property manager for our condo building for the past several years. During this time, she was virtually unreachable. Never answering calls, returning messages, or responding to texts. This past December, unbeknownst to the unit owners, she illegally closed our HOA account, let the building insurance lapse, and has simply disappeared.
