Can’t say enough bad things about these guys rude unhelpful they take your money and do nothing to make you complex better they’ll cut down all the vegetation in your complex to cut costs then raise your monthly payment awful company
Not a good experience with them, if you complain or ask questions that make them feel uncomfortable they will then try to find any reason to say you violated something. Very unprofessional company.
The methods used by this company are despicable. They will charge you a late fee because the bank they use to process payments is slow. Not to mention they charge you to make payment. So you get charged to pay them and then they tell you it's late because they took 3 days to process the payment. Time to reach out to the Arizona Corporation Commission and the Attorney General.
Kable is great to work with and always has the answers to our questions and if not get them and get back to us right away. She is a pleasure to deal with would’ve said go up a little.
Worst Property Management, Did not notified me of my .60 cent balance remaining and accrued me Late fee charge of $20 of .60 cents, if there was any remaining balance from Home owner, should be notified, instead of getting reply that I should my check account regularly.
