I've been using Total Pool Spa Care in Hialeah for a long time. Over the years, I've only had three different pool cleaners from them take care of my pool. I've never had any major problems. Once, I called about a lid not being put back on, but that was just because a backup pool cleaner was helping out for the regular person. I can only share great feedback for Total Pool Spa Care. They worked with me during a long stretch when my rental pool was not being used much and had different people using it. Even though their prices weren’t the cheapest, they always did what they promised, finished the work quickly, and stood behind the quality of their pool service. I highly recommend Kristopher, Samuel, Timothy, and the team.
Kristopher came out to my place in Hialeah and got the pressure for the in-floor pool cleaners working right on the first visit, after others couldn't fix it even after many tries. He really knew what he was doing and got everything running smoothly. I would definitely use Total Pool Spa Care again!
