They were very friendly and ready to help. I had to look up my insurance but having it ready is a good thing to do. My daughter needed stitches and was was well taken care of for what was needed.
Staff was great. No air conditioner it was unbearable hot in the office.
I took my son to this urgent care in Branson and had a very concerning experience. We were seen through a video visit instead of in person, and no full set of vital signs were taken—only his temperature. The provider looked in his ears and diagnosed him with an ear infection. What an ordeal this has been. Went for a UA in September 2025 paid $200 for it, which is pricey considering Cox charges $50, but Cox was closed. The test was false positive for antidepressants. So, Total point sent the test to Quest for a second test, it came back negative. Now I’m getting bills for $400 from Quest for the test. I’ve called both Quest and Total Point a total of 7 times. We are from spfld mo and I wasn’t sure where to go for urgent care. So glad I chose total point. It was fast. The girls were so very nice (front desk and nurse w last name Goodman :) ) made things easy and quick and we were out the door ready to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Thank you
