This practice has always been a bit of a mess. I tried to be a patient patient for several years, but after Dr. Davis left this office fell apart completely. It's impossible to get a prescription refill, nobody calls back when you leave a message. You can't even get ahold of anyone for scheduling, only leave a message which again is never returned. Their website is now offline and nobody is at the reception desk. I think it's out of business - time to move on.
When Total Point first opened it had promise, but something has happened in the last two years and they can't get anything right. Billing is wrong, prescriptions are not ordered, they lose everyone in their new records system, wait times are an hour plus (and there's not another person in the waiting room), and so on. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone, messages are not returned, and the office is closed early for the day even though it's first thing in the AM.
Total point is a total mess. Two weeks after appointment and they are unable to produce a lab order to get routine labs done, unable to call in a prescription, unable to send a CT scan order, or otherwise proceed with the care they recommend. If you want to endlessly follow up to get them to do their jobs go here. There’s a reason why the waiting room is empty.
Loved Dr. Davis, but the staff is horrible! Trying to get my meds filled has been ridiculous. My pharmacy called them more than 5 times without a response. I have called several times and asked to speak to manager who is "out". Had to find out my doctor quit. Who could blame her. My insurance company said to file a formal complaint against this company. Don't jeopardize your health with this place.
I can’t get them to refill a prescription or answer the phone. Pharmacist even said they are generally hard to get ahold of. Are they still in business?
