Was a little disappointed, in the tardiness of the technician. This was scheduled for 9:30 am tech arrived @10:30 am. Work was ok, tech was ok, price was fair.

Chris came out & scoped my main sewer line from the house to the septic tank & then back to the house with a brightly lit camera on a snake as I watched the video. He really took his time showing me every anomaly and explained everything to my satisfaction. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. He is just the type of honest plumber I was hoping for. They make a video after the initial run & email to you, with voice over at the time explaining everything so you can compare & remember later. this company was so pleasant to work with I made an appt and the guy (chris) was on time very nice and polite explained everything and got the job done in a timely manner … we will use them again if the need arises
