They are great with my dog who is generally not good with strangers. They are upfront about what all of the options are and they make recommendations based on what is best for my dog and not what would make them the most money.
We have taken our Beagle there for 8 years. They are very attentive to not only your pets needs but yours as well. Everyone is very compassionate and really live what they are doing. From the Groomers, Vet Techs, Pharmacy and the Drs., to us it is a perfect place for Buster.
Dr. Carlisle and the whole team of technicians are fantastic. Always very friendly and thorough. I brought my cat in for a treatment and the team stayed in touch with me before, during and after so I would be comfortable and knew exactly what was happening and what to expect when we returned home. I highly recommend this office and will continue taking my pet here!
I absolutely love Dr. Carlisle, she's the reason I switched to Total Pet Care after I was unable to get a timely visit with my former vet. I am forever grateful to Dr. Rosario. even though my girl who would have been 17 years old yesterday didn't make it, he wasn't willing to give up on her even until the very end
You guys were beyond amazing at Bronson's last vet appointment. I was not able to go in with him due to COVID19, but I knew he was in good hands. You were so professional and friendly in handling the situation and I was extremely comfortable even in a quarantining environment. This is why I have been coming to you for 15 years!
Peanut (cat) figured out how to use the water fountain. Thanks for recommending it Katie! Team did a great job staying in touch w/me and in managing his care. Here’s hoping he remains healthy. 🤞
