One of if not the worst interactions with any company I have ever had. Called them for a rat problem. tech stated he did not have enough material to finish the job and would return. According to Orkin, the job was clearly not completed. Orkin came and fixed the inept job and offered a warranty, which Total did not. It didn’t end there. The ”manager” Tahit was unprofessional and offered zero customer service. AVOID!
