This is literally the perfect gym, besides not having a pool or enough water bubblers, this gym has every piece of equipment you would ever need to train for any lifting or athletic event.
No cell phones allowed anywhere in the gym except the lobby and the locker rooms (kinda ironic).
Murphy is one ugly guy but his gym is kick ass!
Affordable with amazing views if Boston. There is always room on the cardio equipment because everyone is here for he weights,
The trx area has some amazing views.
Run with the Prowler. It's really the only cardio you need.
One of the few gyms in the boston area with a prowler, and an indoor turf to push it on. Throw some plates on that thing and push it fast until your legs and lungs melt.
