We never used them because when I called to check on schedule a person answered with "hello". I had to ask if it was Total Patient Care. She said she would transfer me to "supplies". When transferred it disconnected. I called back and she said I could email and get someone to email me back. I said can't someone return my call. She huffed and asked for my husband's name again and acted like it was a major inconvenience. She asked for an agency name and I didn't know what that was. The surgeon had sent the order. The nurse assigned to my mother was the absolute worse. She would say she is coming first thing in the morning and not show, or she just would not schedule in advance when she was coming. One time she said she was on her way, it was about 2:00 p.m. at 6:30 p.m. she still had not shown up. I text her, where are you. She replied she was at her daughters basketball game, she could come after it was over 7:30 p.m. I told her no, it was too late. She told me she would come the next day. My nurse came on Friday and he was so nice! So far I am really impressed with this company. I worked at another home care agency for 13 years so I am familiar with this industry.

Do not use this company!!!! They will give you the run-around and will never return your calls. This is a horrible and insensitive company. My mother was released from the hospital and we were set up (approved through mom's insurance) to have this company come out. They never came out and did not care enough to return any of our many phone calls. The only reason I gave them one star is because the system would not allow me to rate them lower. Very bad company!!! Use someone else!!!
