Unexperienced and rude staff Ordered an intermediate shaft and get a steering column, I did say upper intermediate shaft and the agent asked me if that I behind the steering wheel and I said yes because it is, I called and the agent did not want to accept responsibility so I said fine I will fit it anyway when I do the intermediate shaft, turns out it does not fit the car, I called back to get told by the agent I have to deliver the part back at my cost, I DON’T think so and email him saying I need to be contacted by his man... read more
I recently purchased a spare part (alternator) with Total Parts Pro. The service was very quick and communication was excellent (extensive updates via text through the whole process). The self service pickup was very efficient. Note: it seems they are in the process of changing their name from ending in ‘plus’ to ‘pro’ (as of mid 2025) and both names are used across different platforms like Google maps, website, and social media.
