Dr FEJOS is my spine and back specialist. I’ve been seeing him for about a year now, since he was with his prior practice. I can’t say enough about him and the staff here. He is laser focused and explains issues and solutions in detail. I love that he gets straight to the point because he wants to provide the best care. Truly a Dr that cares for his patients. I’m lucky to be one of them. The staff is very nice, considerate and patient. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Customer service has been horrible. I’ve left several messages with no return calls, no follow-ups, and no communication at all. I was referred over three weeks ago and have continuously called trying to get an appointment scheduled. Every time I call, no one seems to know anything. They place me on hold, take my name and number, and then never return my call. This level of communication and lack of follow-through is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I am a new patient to this practice and I would highly recommend them. I am blessed to be a patient of Kathleen Johnson’s. Everyone at the practice is very pleasant to deal with. They call you back right away but most of all everyone but especially Kathleen takes the time to listen to how you are feeling.
