I absolutely recommend this facility if you’re in need of pain management from a medical professional who is caring and listens to your concerns. The office staff is extremely pleasant, funny and helpful and they made me feel like I was their number one priority. They were worth the trip!
Was pt in new haven had 3 different Dr's. I disagree with they all want different things done when you been pt. Should be standard on testing and former records. I switch to Middletown and continue with Kevin who are really like. I do feel they have a policy of not going over so many memes requardless of pain or situation. Been on same dose for 5 years after forced decrease buy different Dr's. When I asked at ttpc for small increase after 2 years they wanted to wait till" it really hurt" I quess they didn't think it hurt eno... read more
Kathleen is AMAZING! She takes the time to actually listen to you, gives you advice and sincerely wants you to feel better! Her staff is so friendly and warm. I would give them 10 stars! They are a great pain mgmt clinic and I am so glad I found them!
Unprofessional, rude, reception area, will not let you see Aprn on your scheduled appointment telling you owe over 100 for a bill you did not receive yet in the mail and I still didn't. They charge so much for a visit. They treat people or myself like drug addict. Worst place ever issue everyone there on state insurance.
Love the folks at Total Pain Treatment Center. My previous provider closed his office due to retirement. I set up an appointment and loved the folks. Truly a pleasure to work with them.
