I had visits in January and February 2016. I paid them $145 for co-pay. However, BCBS has been paid to them and they don't know how to send secondary to Medicare. I have met my deductible for Medicare 2016 because my new pain clinic and primary Doctor have submitted claims. I have been asking for my $145 back numerous times as I am on Social Security Disability. The other clinics want their money.
