I went in for a TRIM and colour, but the front sections of my hair were cut much shorter compared with the back, almost giving it a mullet-like appearance. When I contacted the stylist Monique about my concerns, I was told that my hair had already been cut that way before the appointment, which is not true as you can see in the photo taken just days earlier. Bad, went to the address and nobody answered door was locked it said it was open when it isn’t and the hours aren’t posted sketchy area too, no answer don’t go here
