I hope this review will be helpful to anyone that is considering going to this practice. Please understand that his review has absolutely nothing to do with Dr Spain who has been my physician. Unfortunately, this call center and the receptionist in the Syosset office and Massapequa office are HORRIBLE. The straw that broke this camels back is that a receptionist called me to set up 3 appointments to get shots in my knee. I paid for the medicine to be delivered to the Syosset office and it was.
