Very late start time for my appointment . I understand things happen and business can get backed up but not being seen for over 30 mins past appointment time is crazy because if I was late , I’d get charged money. Very disappointing first impression.
I've bend going to T.O.C. for over 25 years. Every staff I've been in contact with has been nice and friendly.
