Two seconds trying to check in and I had trouble hearing what the girl at desk was saying , I explained to her that I am a little hard of hearing, she seemed annoyed that she had to repeat herself and it continued with her attitude until I told her I didn’t feel comfortable with the way I was being treated and maybe I should leave and she basically laughed in my face including another girl at the desk. I'm happy with the service but I get a call today saying that you don't take my healthcare so now you're gonna send me a bill. Why didn't the get on and tell me that last night?
