appalling service and dishonest. I was a regular customer here for several years until January 2012 when the owner (Lena) used a drill on my natural nail bed to remove some residue gel nails. I wasn't aware of the danger at the time, but I went through weeks of pain after this and only afterwards did I read that using a drill on natural nails is a no-no and that alone should be enough to avoid this salon. I would say that they are rude, and aren't willing to compromise. My Mother was given a gift certificate by my sister, and was unable to use it within the 6 months allowed because she was taking care of my ailing Father, who passed away a couple of weeks ago. When Mom finally made it into the nail salon, the gift certificate had expired 3 days before. They wouldn't help out my Mom at all, not even give a percentage of the $50.00 value. Will not spend another dime there. Buyer beware.
